Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Product Manager III to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of complex projects that impact consumer-facing products and internal systems. You will serve as a key liaison between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of quality results. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the business.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead cross-functional programs from conception to delivery.
+ Manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely project execution.
+ Provide escalation management and make trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.
+ Dive deep into technical systems to unblock teams and earn trust.
+ Write documentation, manage meetings, and maintain clear communication across channels.

Key Projects
+ Drive initiatives across marketing technologies and personalization layers.
+ Support growth features that enhance user experience and drive KPIs.
+ Contribute to broader organizational efforts like unauthenticated user experiences.
Day-to-Day Activities
+ Manage and track program deliverables.
+ Conduct stakeholder meetings and stand-ups.
+ Communicate via Slack, email, and documentation.
+ Dive into technical challenges to support engineering teams.
+ Collaborate with PMs and SDMs across sub-teams.
Requirements
Preferred Background
+ Experience in product-led growth and marketing technology (e.g., cross-channel campaigns, email marketing, paid media).
+ Background in large-scale corporate environments with complex systems.
+ A resume that clearly outlines accomplishments and impact, rather than just listing responsibilities.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
+ 3–8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
+ Deep technical understanding of systems and services.
+ A technical degree (preferred but not mandatory).
