Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation
+ Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits
+ Support benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and coordination with benefit providers
+ Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and assist in audit preparation
+ Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support role
+ Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience with onboarding, employee records, and benefit coordination
+ Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance
