• Application Support Analyst

    Description

    We’re seeking a technically skilled Application Support Analyst to join a collaborative onsite team in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll support SaaS-based financial software, working closely with client data, writing scripts, automating workflows, and troubleshooting issues in a Linux/SQL/AWS environment. Ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    Requirements

    Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or Perl)

     

    Intermediate SQL skills (ability to write and debug complex queries)

     

    Familiarity with Unix/Linux (basic admin tasks, VI, cron, etc.)

     

    Exposure to AWS environments

     

    Strong customer service and troubleshooting ability

     

    Excellent communication and documentation skills

     

    Bonus: Experience with SRE, TLM (Trade Lifecycle Management), or financial/banking systems

    Bonus: WebApp knowledge (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss) and Java or C/C++ skills
