Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join our client's team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies to support business goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure competitive market positioning. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with senior leadership to align compensation programs with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement compensation plans and programs to attract and retain top talent while driving business performance.
• Oversee the development and execution of compensation programs for various divisions, including Supply Chain and international teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the evaluation and benchmarking of base pay, incentive pay, and rewards performance management.
• Serve as the central project manager for strategic initiatives within the Compensation organization.
• Analyze industry trends and market data to guide competitive compensation structures.
• Provide expert guidance on compensation policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute compensation-related projects and initiatives.
• Develop tools and resources to educate and support managers in compensation decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend enhancements as needed.
Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management or related field.
• Expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program design.
• Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP, HCM, and HRMS systems.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with global compensation practices and strategies.
