    IT Infrastructure & Operations Leadership Role – Houston, TX (Onsite)

     

    We’re hiring for a hands-on IT leadership position based fully onsite in Houston (Richmond area, inside the loop). This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in infrastructure, security, and operational IT within the healthcare space.

    About the Role:

    This position will be responsible for setting IT direction, leading infrastructure operations, and ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of systems across the organization. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, overseeing incident response, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting both clinical and business systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead IT infrastructure strategy and operations, including network, storage, and computing environments

    + Oversee cybersecurity efforts and incident response protocols

    + Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

    + Manage IT staff, vendors, and resources to ensure high-quality service delivery

    + Establish and maintain IT policies, documentation, and change management processes

    + Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals

    + Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards

    + Location: Fully onsite in Houston (Galleria/Greenway area)

    + Industry: Healthcare

    + Compensation: $125K–$130K base salary

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 8+ years of experience in Information Systems

    + 5+ years in IT leadership or management roles

    + Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and system integrations

    + Strong understanding of infrastructure and security best practices

    + Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred

    + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
