Job Description
To handle all administrative duties as required by the Food & Beverage Director, while performing executive office reception duties.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with daily forecast and distribution of F&B Updates (30, 60, 90 days and beyond)
+ Create Marketing Updates for daily and weekly specials
+ Assist and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly forecast for revenue to F&B Mgmt. Team
+ Attend BEO Meetings as necessary and distribute updates to All F&B Departments
+ Meet with F&B Director/Asst. F&B Director daily to discuss property/corporate/department updates
+ Assist with Payroll
+ Assist with scheduling and distribution of schedules in appropriate locations
+ Assist with Signatures, Missed Punches, and Payroll/Kronos daily changes
+ Assist with implementation of Cleveland Menu Updates and Changes
+ Attend Resume Meeting as needed
+ Submit and learn Birchstreet to create Purchase Orders for Department Heads
+ Learn Kronos, UKG, OneStream, OnTrack, SharePoint, Omni Market, F&B Help Desk (along with Carson), etc.
+ Order Uniforms for New Associates as needed with assistance of F&B Department Heads
+ Create and File Updated SOP’s, Agenda’s, etc.
+ Take F&B Meeting minutes and file weekly
+ Maintain communication within the F&B department and OWP property via email
+ Review daily Trace Reports for accuracy and assurance that appropriate charges were distributed correctly
+ Assist with All Clerical agenda and Admin tasks (old and new) as instructed by the Director of F&B
+ Update any menu changes for items and pricing and coordinate those changes with Cleveland Menu.
Qualifications
+ + Ability to type 60 WPM and file
+ Must have prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality, preferably in a 4 diamond resort.
+ Must have at least 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant.
+ Must be proficient in all Microsoft Outlook products
+ Ability to prioritize work load
+ This is a part time position - 3 days week
