We are seeking an enthusiastic Director of Risk and Compliance, who will be responsible for the overall coordination, direction, evaluation and performance of the regulatory and corporate compliance programs, including financial and regulatory standards based on federal program/legal requirements, claims management, and the complaint/grievance process, all while being consistent with the mission, vision, and organizational values of UP Health System – Portage.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of two years of healthcare experience required

Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Position Details:

1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

Weekdays only, day shift
