Basic Job Functions:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate month-end accounting. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions. Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present detailed financial reports for management.
Month-End Accounting:
Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes. Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries. Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze financial data. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives. Assist in audits and compliance activities as required. Crosstrain, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Vlookups, Pivots, Sumifs)Five years of accounting experience
