As a Site Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Contract Manager in managing and supervising our security force to ensure that our team maintains the highest security standards in compliance with our contract, customer expectations, and our company policies and procedures.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the assigned security site to ensure the performance meets contract expectations.
+ Develops a positive working partnership with customer POC for the assigned site.
+ Creates a safe, fair, positive and rewarding work environment.
+ Conducts quality control and post inspections to ensure all contract requirements are met.
+ Assists the CM in developing and managing schedules to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet contractual requirements.
+ Ensures all security officer qualifications are updated by assisting in coordinating any applicable training or gathering any qualification requirements.
+ Knowledgeable on all CBA requirements and facilitates a positive and professional relationship with the union representatives.
+ Ensuring time sheets and pay discrepancies are completed accurately, completely and approved for payroll on time.
+ Responsible for enforcing contract requirements, company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the Company Progressive Disciplinary Policy
+ Responsible for inspecting the surrounding work environment for potential hazards, reporting unsafe conditions and hazards, and remind each PSO of seasonal safety concerns (e.g., adverse weather conditions, pandemic, slip and fall risks during the winter) in accordance with our Safety Plan
+ Responsible for ensuring all operational communications are provided and passed down to the PSO’s on security alerts, specific threats, local security matters and general issues of scheduling and administration
+ Works with the recruiting /HR team to hire and retain high quality PSO candidates.
+ Providing the CM with regular input on PSO performance and implementing disciplinary actions as needed
+ Works with CM to ensures all reports and any other required documentation is provided to the customer on a timely basis

Requirements
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in applicable field. Combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
+ Shall have a minimum of five(5)years of supervisory/leadership experience in a security-related field (civilian law enforcement, military service, or armed commercial/industrial security guard service)
+ At least three(3)years of armed security experience within the past five years in law enforcement, military, or civilian security.
+ Experience managing a unionized workforce, preferred

+ Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to law enforcement
+ Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendation
+ Proficient in the use of technology and software used in law enforcement
+ Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
+ Professional demeanor and appearance
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Team-oriented and safety-conscious
+ High level of ethics and integrity
+ Proficient with MS Office
Contract Qualifications
+ Minimum age requirement: 21 years
+ US citizenship or lawful permanent residency for current members of the U.S. Armed Services or individuals with an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Military
+ Ability to obtain favorable verification through the E-Verify system
+ Fluent in spoken, written, and comprehended English
+ Possession of a current State-issued Driver’s License or State ID
+ Ability to receive and maintain the applicable background clearance ( DHS Suitability )
+ Successful completion of Medical/Physical examination and Drug testing with favorable results
+ Successful completion of New Hire Academy training
+ Successful passing of firearms qualifications.

+ Candidates must be able to:
+ Stand and walk for extended periods
+ Work indoor and outdoors in various weather conditions
+ Work extended shifts and overtime when necessary.
