    We’re looking for a **Senior Manager of Growth** to help take our Commerce business to the next level — with a focus on distribution, partnerships, and smart strategies that expand our content’s reach and drive affiliate revenue.

     

    This role is all about finding creative ways to get our content in front of more people, in more places. You’ll help grow traffic and clicks by building distribution opportunities and identifying key partnerships that make sense for both the business and our audience. You’ll work closely with editorial, audience development, biz dev, and analytics to build a holistic growth strategy that delivers real results.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute comprehensive commerce strategies to increase revenue and enhance market share

    + Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to refine product offerings, content direction, and sales strategies

    + Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging trends to inform business decisions and drive growth

    + Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and revenue, and use those insights to shape next steps

    + Manage key accounts and external partnerships, ensuring strong, mutually beneficial relationships and meeting (or exceeding) revenue targets

    + Participate in negotiations and contract discussions with partners and vendors to secure favorable terms

    + Work closely with editorial and audience teams to ensure content aligns with performance goals across all key channels

    + Test new ideas, track results, and continuously optimize strategy for performance

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to surface and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities

    Requirements:

    + 5–7 years experience in digital media, content growth, partnerships, or a related area — ideally with affiliate/commerce exposure

    + A track record of growing traffic, revenue, or both

    + Experience working cross-functionally — you know how to bring together editorial, biz dev, and audience teams to get things done

    + Data fluency: you’re comfortable diving into performance reports, pulling out insights, and turning them into action

    + Familiarity with affiliate platforms and metrics like EPC, RPM, and CVR

    + A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset — and a genuine interest in how things work

     

    _Note: The New York Post adheres to a hybrid work model. This role will be expected to report into the office 3 days per week (subject to change depending on business needs)._

    Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target. Similarly to salary, set annual incentive bonus targets are based on a variety of factors including competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.

    Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000
