Montana Housing assists with buying a home, down payment assistance, mortgage servicing, Reverse Annuity Mortgages, rental housing assistance and multifamily rental development. This position serves as a*Loan Servicing Specialist*for the Board of Housing. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal loan servicing requirements and investor policies for mortgage loans. Attention to detail and proficient data entry skills are required. This position provides regular on-going loan and payment history activities and successfully navigates customer service activities including incenting payment and ensuring stability of the loan portfolio and loss mitigation activities to assist borrowers in making their mortgage payment. This position reports to the Servicing Program Manager (#66724) and will be assigned a lead area of specialty within the serving team.
