Responsibilities

+ Reviews the paperwork against the checklist in the deal jacket to verify that all necessary documentation of the vehicle purchase transaction are complete and accurate

+ Collaborates with sales and finance staff to collect any missing deal documentation

+ Scans supporting documentation for the sales transaction into digital sales file

+ Reconciles and processes daily deposits

+ Routes paperwork and supporting documentation (i.e. titles, invoices, payroll items, etc.) to various departments

+ Reviews / clean schedules and communicates variances to accounting

+ Updates deal status on Performance Dashboard

+ Prepares and submits check requests

+ Collaborates with Finance and Insurance Manager to drive deal closing
