    Substitute - Maintenance$20.50 per hourRESPONSIBILITIES may include:

     

    + Performs the duties necessary to provide for the ongoing care, servicing, repairs, and alteration of the district’s facilities, equipment, and grounds.

    + Carries out the district’s preventative maintenance program, which shall include maintaining inspection reports.

    + Maintains the district’s grounds, including parking area and walkways.

    + Reports to the Maintenance Foreman all deficiencies that require repair or use of an outside contractor.

    + Maintains an adequate amount of supplies and equipment used to carry out assigned duties.

    + Maintains the heating, ventilation, and related equipment.

    + Performs the duties listed in the custodian job description when assigned.

    + Accepts the assignment of a reasonable amount of overtime.

    + Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent/designee or School Business Administrator.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Valid Driver's License.

    + Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
