    Pay Range: $180,000-240,000 annually

    • Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years General Sales Manager experience REQUIRED

    + Strong leadership skills with a focus on training the team REQUIRED

    + Focus on customer experience REQUIRED

    + Ability to set and achieve goals REQUIRED

    + Used Car background HIGHLY PREFERRED

    + Knowledge of expense control and management of inventory control PREFERRED
