Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting daily retail operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fashion and footwear, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet customers promptly and warmly, offering assistance and product knowledge.
+ Maintain awareness of current promotions, sales, and store policies.
+ Assist customers with fitting and selecting shoes, sizes, and accessories.
+ Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure shelves are neat and well-presented.
+ Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process returns or exchanges.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting areas.
+ Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments and organizing back stock.
+ Follow loss prevention, safety, and security procedures at all times.
+ Work collaboratively with team members and support a positive store environment.
+ Take direction from supervisors and management as needed.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or currently enrolled in school.
+ No prior retail experience required—training will be provided.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.
+ Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Pay Details:** $13.00 to $14.00 per hour
