Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Shipping & Receiving Clerk** to join our team. This role is critical in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation while delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in shipping/receiving operations, order and product management, and have working knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

+ Managed shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, and order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.

+ Checked in and out truck drivers in a timely and professional manner.

+ Assigned drivers to appropriate dock doors and coordinated loading/unloading with material handlers.

+ Completed and reviewed all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, ensuring proper signatures and legal compliance.

+ Maintained accurate inventory records for finished goods and raw materials.

+ Collaborated with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

+ Utilized SAP for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and processing transactions.

+ Delivered outstanding customer service to internal departments, vendors, and external carriers.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse logistics.

+ Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Familiarity with legal shipping documents such as bills of lading.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

+ Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

**Pay Details:** $20.64 per hour
