What you will do:
As the Senior Project Manager, Advanced Service Operations, you will lead our ProCare team in the planning and execution of service capabilities for new products. This role requires you to work closely with Business Unit leadership stakeholders to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Technical Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with ProCare leadership, Divisional PMO and Cross Functional partners to define, manage and own service launches for new product development.
+ Develop and manage the detailed project/program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, interdependencies, and intersecting milestones. Own the project/program schedule, create a shared vision for project team, and monitor plan vs. actual.
+ Manage multiple projects to set up service for newly launched products.
+ Act as the liaison between ProCare, the Divisional PM and Cross-Functional partners to ensure service strategy alignment and successful service launches.
+ Coordinate within ProCare to define strategy, determine deliverables, assign resources, and align on priorities.
+ Develop a Stakeholder engagement and communication plan for the projects, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements.
+ Establish priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit

+ Understand medical device quality system(s) and is accustomed to working in a regulated field.

What you need:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum 6+ years of successfully demonstrated project management and/or engineering experience
Preferred qualifications:
+ PMP certification
+ Master's degree
+ Successful track record in the development, commercialization and sustainment of products
+ Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to bring together multiple functions as a cohesive team & cultivate high team engagement.
+ Strong organizational, change management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
+ Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently; sets direction for cross functional teams.
+ Demonstrated track record of delivering results on complex projects and/or program of projects.
+ Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
$130,700 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
