**Job Title:** Document Scanning Specialist (Part-Time)
**Location:** Washington, D.C. 20036
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
**Schedule:** Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Adecco is hiring a **Document Scanning Specialist** for a part-time project with a respected client in Washington, D.C. This role is ideal for someone who has prior administrative or HR experience and is skilled at maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Unpack and organize physical files from boxes
+ Scan documents using office equipment
+ Name and save digital files into properly labeled folders
+ Ensure accurate indexing and secure handling of confidential HR-related information
+ Maintain an organized workspace and follow office protocols
Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in office, administrative, or HR environments
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
+ Strong discretion and respect for handling sensitive data
+ Familiarity with basic scanning and file management systems

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
