Primary responsibilities for Mechanical Maintenance Technicians include:
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues using guides and manuals
• Perform maintenance to keep machines running well
• Adjust and calibrate machinery to improve productivity
• Inspect parts with precision tools to meet size requirements
• Repair and rebuild complex machine parts
• Use special tools for development and repairs
• Follow safety procedures during repairs
• Test newly installed or repaired equipment to ensure proper operation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery and building fixtures
• Strong knowledge of machine tools, plant equipment, and special fixtures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Familiarity with troubleshooting logic, including relays, directional control valves, and automated sequences
• Understanding and application of Ohm’s Law for advanced troubleshooting
• Highly organized with excellent documentation and archiving skills
• Eagerness to grow and develop within the role
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Available Shift:
• 2-2-3 Schedule/ Nigh Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
