Adecco is assisting a customer in Louisville, KY recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner!
In this role, you will support a distribution/operations center with approximately 100 employees and contractors with the responsibility of handling employee relations, employee engagement activities, maintaining an effective and stable workforce, ensuring employment practices comply with Federal and State laws, wage, and salary administration, hiring and training. The salary range is as follows:
3 - 5 years’ experience: $66,200 - $99,200
5+ years’ experience: $77,200 - $115,800
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with managers and employees to promote a positive professional work environment. Build trust and credibility to create a safe, supportive, and open environment.
+ Manage annual performance and compensation planning process for the site. Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on improving Employee performance. Lead efforts to assess talent, identify succession plans and create development plans.
+ Provide guidance and coaching for performance management and assure that all HR policies are applied consistently and communicated effectively. Provides Employee Relations guidance and assistance, exercising considerable judgment and discretion in handling inquiries.
+ Partner with our centers of excellence through benefit, payroll, and compensation efforts including work comp, leaves of absence, and accommodation requests.
+ Understand site priorities for staffing and advise leaders on best practices for workforce planning and hiring decisions.
+ Partner with internal talent acquisition and external staffing partners to manage hiring and networking activities/events.
HR Business Partner Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least three (3) years of progressive HR experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
+ Prior experience supporting a workforce in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
+ Proven experience in human resources with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
+ Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Exceptional guidance and coaching skills.
