    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **International Project Manager** to oversee and execute complex, multi-country system integration projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical know-how, global program management experience, and cross-cultural communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical solutions.

     

    LOCAL CANDIDATE OF RALEIGH, NC. IN OFFICE POSITION

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead international systems integration projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery

    + Coordinate with global teams across engineering, operations, logistics, and compliance to align project goals

    + Oversee the planning and execution of deployment strategies in multiple countries, accounting for local regulations and cultural considerations

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, partners, and stakeholders

    + Track and manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs

    + Mitigate risk and resolve issues that impact project scope or schedule

    + Collaborate with business development and capture teams on proposals and client strategy

    + Develop project documentation, status reports, and post-project evaluations

    Qualifications

    + **5+ years of project or program management experience in hardware systems integration (access control, intrusion systems, security surveillance cameras, programming, etc)**

    + **Access control and IP video hardware and software installation experience are a must.**

    + **Software House, Lenel, Identicard, Vanderbilt, Exacq, Milestone, Axis, American Dynamics, certifications are strongly preferred.**

    + Strong understanding of compliance, contracting, and logistics in international contexts

    + Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail

    + PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred

    + Multilingual skills and/or experience working in emerging markets is a plus
