    Remote Opportunity: Nurse Case Manager II (RN – EST Time Zone)

     

    Full-Time | Remote | EST Time Zone Required

     

    License Required: Active RN License (NC or Compact)

    About the Role:

    We’re hiring an experienced **Nurse Case Manager II** to join our remote care coordination team. This is a **fully remote** position requiring a candidate located in the **Eastern Time Zone** . Applicants **must hold an active RN license** —either in **North Carolina** or a **multistate compact license** if residing outside NC.

     

    In this role, you will use clinical judgment and case management tools to assess member needs, coordinate care, and facilitate access to health services that improve outcomes and reduce costs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform comprehensive assessments of members’ needs, benefits, and available resources

    + Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized case management plans

    + Advocate for appropriate services and interventions in line with clinical and benefit guidelines

    + Collaborate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to promote quality outcomes

    + Apply case management standards, regulatory policies, and accreditation guidelines

    Requirements:

    + **Active RN license** (NC license required for NC residents; compact license required for others)

    + **Must reside in the EST time zone** (include location at top of resume)

    + **Minimum 1 year of case management experience required**

    + Strong knowledge of care coordination and healthcare benefits

    + Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

    Training:

    Paid training provided (approximately **4–6 weeks** )

    **Pay Details:** $34.00 per hour
