    **Job Title:** Warehouse Technician

    **Location:** Near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (7th St. & I-17)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

    **Hours:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $22–$25 per hour (DOE)

    Position Summary:

    We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious **Warehouse Technician** to support daily operations at our Phoenix facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and dispatching materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and upholding safety standards. This position requires physical strength, technical skill, and effective communication, along with proficiency in warehouse systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Material Handling

    + Unload incoming shipments; inspect, label, and store materials correctly.

    + Pick, pack, and dispatch materials to meet delivery schedules.

    + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

    Inventory Management

    + Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    + Monitor and report stock levels; coordinate restocking as needed.

    + Assist in maintaining an organized and accessible warehouse layout.

    Safety & Compliance

    + Adhere to safety protocols and help maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

    + Participate in safety meetings and trainings to ensure compliance.

    Vendor & Subcontractor Communication

    + Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of shipment issues.

    + Maintain strong professional relationships to support seamless operations.

    Teamwork & Communication

    + Participate in daily or weekly team meetings.

    + Collaborate with colleagues to identify and solve operational challenges.

    Administrative Tasks

    + Use **Microsoft Excel** and **Outlook** for scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

    + Experience with **SAP** or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for inventory and shipments.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Prior warehouse experience and forklift operation experience required.

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

    + SAP experience is highly preferred.

    + Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

    + Forklift certification is a plus.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Regular lifting of heavy materials (up to 80 lbs).

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.

    + Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including temperature and noise fluctuations.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
