    Riverside is seeking a passionate director to join our team!

     

    This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!

     

    The Senior Director of Stabilization Services (CCS/Respite) heads the daily operations and integration of service delivery within the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (Adult CCS) and Respite Programs. The Senior Director also works closely with the Director of the Youth Community Crisis Stabilization (YCCS) program to ensure the delivery of high-quality stabilization services.

    Responsibilities for this role include:

    + Plan, direct and participate in the daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and staff support, and effective participation in the wider CBHC service system to ensure continuity of consumer care.

    + Provide administrative and clinical support to the CCS and Respite programs in South County and Norwood areas.

    + Work in collaboration with the Senior CBHC Directors to ensure that all services are integrated across the CBHC spectrum for optimum client outcomes.

    + Oversee program contracts and audits, ensuring timely submission of all required reports, billing, and data.

    + Collaboratively engage community stakeholders to promote relationship building and reflect Riverside’s mission statement.

     

    Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

     

    Pay Rate: $‎106,089.98/salaried

    Required Skills

    + Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle are required.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    + Intermediate computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.

    Required Experience

    + Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure required.

    + Three years management/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required.

    + Five years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting, preferably community behavioral health.
