Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst II to join our team. This position involves creating communication materials and tracking progress for various audiences, as well as supporting compliance program initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders in Legal and Finance, using SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards.
Responsibilities
+ Create and manage communication materials for various audiences.
+ Track progress and support compliance program initiatives.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Legal and Finance.
+ Interpret technical language for end users and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
+ Strong data analysis and ETL capabilities.
+ Experience with data engineering processes.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ At least 4 years of experience in data analytics.
+ Familiarity with API integration between applications.
+ Experience in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
+ Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid onsite schedule, requiring presence on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The term is 12 months, with the start date open to as soon as possible. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability to new tools and technologies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.13 - $53.13/hr.
