    Job Title: Entry Level Marketing Associate

     

    Classification: Regular, Full Time

     

    Reports to: Marketing Director

     

    As the Marketing Associate, you will provide support for marketing and sales activities across all upstate branches. Looking for someone who is a team player, flexible and willing to learn and try new things.

    Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all our vendors.

    + Assisting with advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, social media.

    + Manage customer database.

    + Coordinating apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests.

    + Supervisor may assign additional duties or requirements.

    To thrive in this role, you will have:

    + Good Customer Service and Communication Skills

    + Organization and Multitasking skills

    + Solid Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word

    + Financial and budget control experience

    + Adobe Suite experience a plus

    + Constant Contact Experience and Wix Web Management a plus

    + Valid and clean NY state driver’s license to travel to local branches as needed

     

    Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour
