IMMEDIATE NEED FOR a Hand Fulfilment Specialist!!!! *** WEEKLY PAY***

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hand Fulfilment Specialist responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of mailing processes. This role involves verifying statement papers, envelopes, and inserts for current jobs while validating the right counts at the end of jobs. You will work closely with insert machine operators and accurately track job progress using the company's tracking system.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure quality of mailing and verify statement paper is correct for current job.

+ Verify outer and return envelopes and inserts for current job.

+ Validate right counts at end of jobs and manage hand insertion tasks.

+ Collaborate with insert machine operators to complete each job accurately.

+ Use correct Business Reply Envelopes and Inserts during hand inserting.

+ Track job progress accurately using the company’s tracking system.

+ Off-load finished mail pieces onto mail trays and move carts to appropriate areas.

+ Package jobs, create FedEx/UPS labels, and stage them in the shipping area.

Hours: Monday 5:00am-2:18pm, Tuesday-Friday 6:00am-2:18pm. The hourly rate is $16.50*********

+ Inventory management

+ Data entry

+ Order entry and processing

+ Ability to sit, use hands, and reach with arms

+ Ability to talk, hear, stand, and walk occasionally

+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

+ Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
