Job Title: 2nd Shift General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of 2nd Shift General Production Worker. These positions involve handling parts in various departments such as sanding, hydro, and washing operations. Candidates will receive cross-training across different departments to ensure versatility and comprehensive skill development.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload products onto machines.

+ Palletize products efficiently.

+ Perform labeling tasks accurately.

+ Tend to machines and ensure proper operation.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently throughout the day.

+ At least 6 months of production or warehouse experience.

+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and around machinery.

+ Ability to focus and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Capability to take direction and learn new processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in machine operating and general labor in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial with machinery, and the facility is fast-paced. If it's hot outside, it will be hot inside the facility, and roll doors are open to manage temperature. Occasionally, racks are unloaded outside, so candidates should bring warm clothes, such as a jacket or sweatshirt, just in case. The majority of manufactured items are smaller 'oxygen' tanks for hospitals, weighing between 3 to 25 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden Grove, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
