Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an **Off-Shift Electrical Controls Technician** to join our team. This role focuses on industrial maintenance and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

+ Read and modify Ladder Logic using **Allen-Bradley systems** .

+ Perform industrial maintenance (1+ years experience or equivalent military training).

+ Troubleshoot and repair **hydraulic and pneumatic systems** .

+ Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting **up to 24 volts** .

+ Use a meter for diagnostics and perform routine maintenance tasks like replacing cylinders, airlines, motors, and wiring switches.

+ Tackle complex projects, including **PLC troubleshooting** , fabrication, and high-pressure problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ **Ladder Logic** reading and modifications.

+ Experience with **Allen-Bradley systems** .

+ **Industrial or military maintenance experience** .

+ Hydraulic and pneumatic system expertise.

+ **Basic electrical troubleshooting** (up to 24 volts).

+ Ability to **read and use a meter** .

+ Knowledge of **PLC troubleshooting, motors, robotics, and preventive maintenance** .

Work Environment & Schedule

This role is in a **3-shift automotive seat manufacturing facility** , operating robotic welders across **15 production lines** . We have **four openings** on a **12-hour 2-2-3 shift (5:30 PM – 5:30 AM)** . Flexibility to work weekends and **up to 60 hours per week** is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
