    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a confident, assertive, and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)to independently manage and execute clinical trials in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in clinical research, with a preference for experience in allergy/immunology or dermatology. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous setting and is passionate about advancing clinical sciences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Independently coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to close-out.

    + Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, monitors, and regulatory bodies.

    + Conduct subject recruitment, screening, informed consent, and study visits.

    + Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.

    + Manage investigational product accountability and coordinate lab sample processing and shipping.

    + Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.

    + Maintain IATA certification and ensure proper handling and shipping of biological specimens.

    Required:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.

    + Proven ability to work independently as the sole CRC on studies.

    + Confident and assertive communication style with strong organizational skills.

    + IATA certification (current and valid).

    + Associate’s degree with 3–5+ years of CRC experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.

    Preferred:

    + Experience in allergy/immunology or dermatology clinical trials.

    + Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
