Job Title: Warehouse Associate $25-$28/hr

Job Description

Join a dynamic and growing team that thrives in a startup-like environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by handling various tasks from shipping and receiving to assisting with assembly.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare, load, pack, label, and ship orders for delivery or pickup.

+ Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Conduct kitting for production and track items for the assembly department.

+ Utilize computer systems and work with ERP systems efficiently.

+ Comfortably work with DHL, UPS, and FEDEX delivery systems.

+ Assist the operations supervisor with production tools.

+ Engage in basic assembly tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.

+ Experience in packaging and manufacturing processes.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Strong inventory management skills.

+ Competency in computer systems and ERP software.

+ Experience with DHL, UPS, and FEDEX delivery systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in manufacturing environments is essential.

+ Forklift certification is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
