Job Description

We are seeking dedicated janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at a manufacturing plant. This role involves ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and meets all safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and to be part of a team focused on maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Responsibilities

+ Dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.

+ Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.

+ Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to correct placement.

+ Clean assigned areas using specified materials and equipment.

Essential Skills

+ General labor and janitorial skills.

+ Basic cleaning of bathrooms, manufacturing floors, and common areas.

+ A minimum of 6 months recent janitorial experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ No formal education required.

+ Ability to perform both light and heavy lifting as needed.

Work Environment

Work on-site at a manufacturing plant with shifts available as follows: Day Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), and Grave Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). The workweek runs from Saturday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Sunday. Candidates should be open to all shifts, and initially, 21 candidates will start on the day shift for six weeks before potentially transitioning to other shifts. The environment requires a mix of light and heavy lifting tasks, and teamwork is essential.

Ambiente laboral
