Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
+ Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
+ Create work instructions to aid production staff with assemblies.
+ Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
+ Conduct root cause analysis on production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
+ Drive continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
+ Research and implement opportunities to make processes more efficient.
+ Provide manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Work Environment
This position operates on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment is focused on teamwork and efficiency, with an emphasis on quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
