    Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of metal E Rings. The role involves utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges, and safely operating all necessary manufacturing equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture metal E-Rings according to documentation and procedures.

    + Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts.

    + Read and interpret work instructions.

    + Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work.

    + Perform assembly and inspection tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a machine operator and assembler.

    + Inspection skills.

    + Mechanically inclined with supervisory experience.

    + Proficient computer skills.

    + Ability to read and write in English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Ability to lift 25 pounds.

    + Capability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work in a team environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Manufacturing Associates work closely with other team members, including Manufacturing Leads and Support. Regular duties require standing, walking, and operating machines and computers. The role demands consistent attendance and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others. Shifts available: 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM, M-F), 2nd shift (3PM-12AM, M-Th and 3PM-7PM Friday), and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM, Sun-Thurs).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, Connecticut.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
