    Pharmacy Operations Manager

    We’re seeking a dynamicPharmacy Operations Managerto take charge of daily operations in our inpatient pharmacy. Partnering with the Director of Pharmacy, you’ll lead a skilled team, streamline workflows, and elevate patient care.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Oversee pharmacy techs and daily operations

    + Manage sterile compounding, hazardous drugs, inventory, and revenue cycle

    + Drive compliance and process improvements

    + Collaborate with leadership to align strategy with patient needs

    + Foster strong communication across teams

    What You Bring:

    • CT-licensed pharmacist (B.S. or Pharm.D.)

    • 5+ years in clinical or staff pharmacy

    • Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

    • EPIC proficiency & operational know-how

    • Strong problem-solving and service mindset

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $190000.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Middletown,CT.
