    We’re looking for a Remote Project Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-impact projects for universities, hospitals, and more.

     

    Industry: Manufacturing / Installation / Engineering

     

    Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)

    Travel: Occasional (every 2–3 months)

    •️ What You’ll Do

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Coordinate installations and manage all phases of the project—from kickoff to close-out.

    + Collaborate with Engineering, Layout, Purchasing, and Sales to align on customer expectations.

    + Develop and manage production schedules, billing plans, and project priorities.

    + Interpret and work from construction documents, including architectural and MEP drawings.

    + Create and maintain detailed project schedules (submittals, procurement, delivery, installation).

    + Lead document control for RFIs, submittals, and product data.

    + Optimize project delivery and installation costs.

    + Manage change orders and ensure accurate financial reporting.

    + Troubleshoot field issues and ensure punch list completion.

    + Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and project profitability.

    • What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in project/account management in a manufacturing, dealership, or installation setting.

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    + Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

    + Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (advanced knowledge is a plus).

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Experience with VISUAL ERP and AutoCAD is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $57.00/hr.
