    Job Title: Maintenance Manager

    Job Description

    This position is responsible for leading all maintenance functions, with a particular emphasis on proactive strategies and automation investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge..

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the maintenance department up to three shifts.

    + Preventive and predictive maintenance, focusing on automation and robotics.

    + Drive continuous improvement

    + Develop and execute maintenance schedules, manage parts inventory, and control departmental budgets for labor and materials.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

    + Demonstrated experience with automation and robotics in a production setting.

    + Proven leadership in a unionized environment, with the ability to engage and develop teams.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Reliability, or related field) required.

    + Minimum 6 years of maintenance leadership

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $58.00/hr.
