Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to manage the operation of our two brand new Heidelberg Printing Presses (Speedmaster). The successful candidate will be responsible for changing plates frequently and working with various materials such as copper, metal, stainless steel, and paper. Additionally, the operator will be responsible for feeding the press machines and checking prints for color and accuracy to ensure high-quality output.
Responsibilities
+ Operate two Heidelberg Printing Presses (Speedmaster).
+ Change printing plates regularly.
+ Work with copper, metal, stainless steel, and paper materials.
+ Feed press machines efficiently.
+ Ensure prints meet color and accuracy standards through visual inspections.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of experience in print press or digital press operation.
+ Ability to color match and perform visual inspection of prints.
+ Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with digital presses or Heidelberg Printing Presses.
+ Experience in UV inspection is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and well-lit, offering flexible shift options on either the 2nd or 3rd shift based on preference. Initial training will take place on the 1st shift for 2-6 weeks as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, FSA, 3% of gross profit annually contributed to 401k regardless if employee contributes.

This is a fully onsite position in Brooklyn,OH.
