Job Description

Join a dynamic team providing essential services to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. This position involves a range of responsibilities including inspections, health and safety standards, kitchen/exhaust hood cleaning, general clean-up, and commercial painting. The primary focus will be on site cleanup from water and fire damage, with additional duties such as scheduled inspections and duct work cleaning during slower periods.

Responsibilities

+ Perform site cleanup from water and fire damage in commercial buildings.

+ Conduct scheduled inspections and adhere to health and safety standards.

+ Undertake kitchen/exhaust hood cleaning and general cleanup tasks.

+ Engage in commercial painting and maintenance tasks.

+ Travel within the Twin Cities for project work as required.

Essential Skills

+ Basic carpentry and construction skills.

+ Experience with labor and cleaning tasks.

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform remediation work.

+ Familiarity with Hazwoper standards.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

+ Flexibility with work hours and travel requirements.

Work Environment

Work is conducted in various commercial buildings across a five-state area, primarily within the Twin Cities. Typical work hours are from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional night shifts required several times a year. Travel is compensated as windshield time, and transportation is provided from Legacy in Elk River to the job site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
