Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment across the production floor, warehouse, and office areas. This role requires regular inspection of equipment, submission of appropriate documentation for test results, and work order resolutions. You will also be tasked with shutting down and disassembling machinery as needed, alongside cleaning and performing minor repairs on warehouse machinery.

Responsibilities

+ Inspect and maintain equipment in the facility, ensuring operational efficiency across production, warehouse, and office areas.

+ Submit documentation of test results and resolutions for work orders.

+ Shut down and disassemble machinery as necessary for maintenance purposes.

+ Perform cleaning and minor repairs on warehouse machinery.

+ Install, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment processes and structures.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, circuitry, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

+ Perform skilled maintenance activities including fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, torching, and plumbing.

+ Utilize line diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting matrices effectively.

+ Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

+ Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, circuitry, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

+ Skill in fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, torching, and plumbing.

+ Proficiency in using line diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting matrices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in preventive maintenance.

+ Skill in PLC troubleshooting.

+ Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
