About the Role

As a Project Manager , you’ll take the reins on exciting

construction projects—leading everything from preconstruction planning to final

close-out. You’ll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring

financial performance, client satisfaction, and team development. Whether

managing a major portion of a large-scale build or overseeing an entire smaller

project, your leadership will shape the future of the built environment in West

Texas.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead project planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution

+ Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

+ Manage project financials, cost control, and billing

+ Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract execution

+ Drive quality assurance, safety, and sustainability initiatives

+ Mentor and coach project engineers and assistant project managers

+ Participate in business development and client engagement activities

What You Bring

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

+ 5+ years of experience in construction project management

+ Strong background in estimating, scheduling, and self-perform work

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred:

+ Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling

+ Familiarity with BIM coordination and sustainability documentation

Work Environment

+ Location: Project sites and regional office in Midland-Odessa

+ Travel: Occasional travel required based on project needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
