    Survey Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in both field and office survey work, along with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software. This role requires a State Survey license or the ability to obtain one, as well as experience in proposal preparation and job estimates.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion.

    + Prepare proposals and job estimates for survey projects.

    + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software for drafting and project management.

    + Conduct topographic and ALTA surveys as needed.

    + Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely survey data collection.

    + Ensure all survey work complies with state regulations and standards.

    + Travel to job sites as necessary to oversee field activities and ensure project milestones are met.

    Essential Skills

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + 5+ years of survey experience in both the field and office.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.

    + State Survey license or ability to obtain State license.

    + Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Experience with land surveying, topographic surveys, civil engineering, land development, and survey software.

    Work Environment

    + The position may require travel to job sites to oversee field activities. It is primarily an office-based role focused on project management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
