Job Description
The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the purchasing of materials and equipment for traveling Project Management Teams.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee procurement and purchasing processes using the Coupa Procurement tool.
+ Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data and reports.
+ Coordinate with Project Management Teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
+ Manage change orders and project coordination tasks.
+ Support remote team operations in collaboration with the REI Project Management team.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in project management and coordination.
+ Experience with procurement and purchasing processes.
+ Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Products.
+ Familiarity with the Coupa Procurement tool.
+ Experience with Smartsheets.
+ Understanding of Agile Project Management principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ 4-7 years of experience in project management or administration.
+ 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office setting.
+ 6+ years of advanced experience in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Products.
+ 1-2 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
+ 4-6 years of experience with Coupa Procurement.
+ 2-4 years of experience with Smartsheets.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
