Shop Supervisor - Artificial Lift

Job Duties

Job Duties:

+ Under broad direction, oversees day-to-day operations of an Artificial Lift shop and ensures safety and appropriate processes and procedures are performed.

+ Trains and develops shop technicians.

+ Develops and maintains team environment with the group through the planning and coordinating of group activities.

+ Assigns work to shop technicians and monitors results.

+ Maintains up-to-date technology in shop.

+ Provides inventory oversight of equipment and trucks.

+ Supports short- and long-term goals of the shop, consistent with operations management and the company.

+ Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.

Qualifications:

+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.

+ Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in a related operations capacity.

+ Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc) highly preferred.

+ Experience with SAP preferred.
