Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
+ Experience with media agencies, ads technology companies, and media buying/trading companies.
+ Experience in working with third-party ad serving tools.
+ Experience in building customer relationships with excellent problem solving skills.
+ Experience in solution-based promotion.
+ Excellent investigative skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

+ Review business growth performance and projections for clients. Plan which customers will be aligned with specific metrics (e.g., Key Perfortmance Indicators), share updates on opportunities and activities with accounts to keep stakeholders informed and mitigate potential risks at a macro and micro level.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive feature prioritization and issue resolution to enable client success.
+ Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against client’s desired customer business outcomes.
+ Engage with Search Ads 360 customers and provide advanced solutions involving Technology and Ads, (e.g., integrating Search efforts with Business data to bring more information to their Marketing Strategy).
