    Our Sea Logistics Business Unit is on a mission to ensure every client leaves with a smile. Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Development Manager, you will ensure seamless coordination between third-party vendors and warehouse locations, maintaining strict adherence to operational processes while proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges before they impact the customer.     + Customer Satisfaction & Confidence: Ensure the customer feels assured that Kuehne+Nagel has full control over operations and proactively addresses potential challenges.

    + Quarterly Business Reviews & KPI Management: Lead quarterly reviews with the customer, analyzing performance metrics and driving improvements based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

    + Proactive Issue Detection: Identify and resolve operational challenges before they escalate to the customer.

    + Operational Mastery: Maintain deep expertise in Kuehne+Nagel’s internal systems, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless execution.

    + Timely & Accurate Reporting: Deliver consistent, reliable reports that provide clear visibility into operations and performance metrics.

    + Vendor Oversight & Compliance: Ensure third-party vendors adhere to contractual agreements and agreed-upon processes.

    + Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and overall operational effectiveness.

    + Physical Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and reconciliation efforts.

    + Warehouse & Import Drayage Operations: Oversee logistics processes and implement industry best practices.

    + Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong communication between vendors, warehouse teams, and Kuehne+Nagel leadership to ensure alignment.

    What we would like you to bring

    + 5+ years' years Warehousing experience

    + 5+ years' Project/Program Management

    + 3+ years' Sea Logistics Import experience

    + Must have intermediate – Advanced level knowledge of Excel

    + Must have the ability to analyze Data on a large scale

    + Must have the ability to travel required for business purposes
