How you create impact

Our Sea Logistics Business Unit is on a mission to ensure every client leaves with a smile. Reporting to the Head of Implementation & Operational Key Account Management you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, clarifying and formalizing operational requirements, and increasing customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Internally, will act as a liaison for customer needs, supporting compliance and RFQ processes, and managing customer information and rate cards. Additionally, the role focuses on KPI management, continuous improvement, and facilitating business reviews and ad hoc projects.

+ Act on behalf of customers to articulate needs to the Kuehne+Nagel operational organization.

+ Serve as a point of contact for SOP and operational compliance matters.

+ Support RFQ processes with data and strategy optimization.

+ Maintain customer information in Kuehne+Nagel systems and facilitate EDI implementation.

+ Assist in setting up processes for new business gained through RFQs and spot rate requests.

+ Maintain and validate customer rate cards.

+ Monitor internal compliance and address issues like billing and visibility.

+ Facilitate and manage customer-driven ad hoc projects.

What we would like you to bring

+ 3+ years’ sea or air logistics experience in a freight forwarding environment

+ 3+ years’ supply chain management experience

+ Must have the ability to report onsite 5 days per week

+ Must have the ability to analyze data and customer needs

+ Must have the ability to travel required for business purposes
