Digital Senior Product Manager

Shape Product Strategy: Contribute to and execute product roadmaps focused on improving user outcomes and engagement, aligning with overall digital strategy to unify diverse product experiences across platforms.
Drive Product Delivery: Define requirements, manage the full product development lifecycle from ideation to high-quality launch, and use data-driven insights to iterate towards customer and business objectives.
Optimize Product Health & Quality: Oversee the bug resolution process, lead and enhance quality assurance efforts, conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and monitor key metrics to ensure continuous product health and high-quality releases.
Foster Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with design, engineering, operations, marketing, compliance, and other teams to successfully deliver new features and improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
4-6+ years of experience working on successful digital consumer products, preferably at large-scale or high-growth organizations.
A self-starter mindset to identify and pursue opportunities, supported by a deep understanding of business goals and product strategy.
Demonstrated success in leading projects or processes within a high-functioning product organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to socialize information, motivate team members, and effectively advocate for ideas to achieve team objectives.
Comfort presenting ideas to leadership and engaging in constructive debate on varying perspectives.
A bias toward data-driven decision-making and comfort with hands-on data analysis.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your domain, and an understanding of how it fits into the larger, overall product vision.
A positive outlook and a flexible mindset that thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where adaptability is key when plans shift.

Must have:
Digital Product Management (encompasses working on digital consumer products, leading projects/processes within a product org).
Data Analysis ("hands-on data analysis," "data-driven decision making")Product Strategy ("deep understanding of business goals and product strategy" and leading projects).
Preferred:
Past experience working in financial services, fintech, and/or other highly regulated environments.
Proficiency writing SQL for data analysis.
