FlexStaff is seeking a Procurement Analyst for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide excellent customer service and process supply/service requests.
+ Review and edit requisitions for accuracy.
+ Process orders via ERP system.
+ Assist with procurement projects.
+ Maintain required documentation.
+ Onboard new vendors.
+ Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
+ Maintain purchasing information in Workday.
+ Reconcile accounts with Accounts Payable.
+ Keep Purchasing Manager informed of activities and issues.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Assist with monthly vendor spend analysis and budget variance reports.
+ Perform vendor invoice analysis.
+ Assist with outstanding check analysis and reconciliation.
+ Assist with internal/external audits.
+ Generate and ensure accuracy of 1099 files.
+ Adapt to new responsibilities and special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree, required
+ Minimum of two (2) years' experience general office, facilities, and purchasing experience preferably within healthcare settings.
+ Experience with Workday and Oracle Financial, preferred.
+ Meets deadlines efficiently.
+ Proven track record of increasing responsibility.
+ Accounting knowledge, strong communication, detail-oriented, and proactive.
+ Eager to learn and problem-solve.
+ Proficient in Excel.
+ Resilient and committed to continuous improvement.
+ Superior attention to detail.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $33-$33/hour
