    Position Summary:

    IAM QA Team Lead is responsible for maintaining the QA program, ensuring effective execution of the program, and reporting to the Governance committee the findings, remediation status and other analysis as deemed relevant. The Lead is responsible for monitoring and assessing the coverage needed and aligning/obtaining resources to achieve the required reviews each year.

     

    The Lead oversees the execution of assessments and obtains clarity for team from Governance when needed. The Lead should understand themes arising from QA assessments and work with Governance Leads to drive action/ focus on remediation from application managers and CIO teams. The Lead should identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes where necessary

     

    + Build/strengthen relationships with stakeholders for collaboration and to ensure requirements are met

    + Explore technology solutions to drive efficiency of information collection and documenting QA reviews

    + Increase knowledge and document how controls are executed

    + Continue to develop team to execute reviews with consistency and quality through training with SMEs and building guidance documents

    + Deliver requirements of the program as outlined in the control Framework and IAM QA Playbook

    + Maintain IAM QA program and update at least annually

    + Create and present annual coverage plan to the Forum for approval

    + Ensure execution of QA reviews to meet the overall coverage plan

    + Report results including themes to the Forum monthly

    + Report on the completion of the annual coverage plan

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good understanding/Prior experience in Identity and Access Management space

    • Experience in IAM controls, Privilege Access, Segregation of Duties/Toxic Access Combination, Audit issues related testing

    • Prior QA experience and understanding of concepts: SDLC, Defining test strategies, creation of test scenarios/ use cases, ability to define success criteria

    • Strong skills in test execution, capturing of defects, and remediation in partnership with SMEs

    • Ability to articulate program status, escalation of issues etc

    • Strong working knowledge of MS suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Good understanding of Enterprise Policies and Standards.
